Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ArslanAslam.Digital ("I", "my") collects through arslanaslam.pro, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. I keep it short because I collect very little.

What I collect

• Information you send me: when you use a form on this site, your name, clinic or business name, WhatsApp number, message and, on the clinics page, clinic type.
• Information you share by messaging me: anything you choose to send on WhatsApp, email or LinkedIn.
• Basic technical data: like most websites, the hosting provider keeps standard server logs (for example IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. If that changes, this page will be updated first.

Why I use it

• To reply to your inquiry and arrange a call.
• To prepare for and deliver work if we decide to work together.
• To keep the site secure and working.

I do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored and who processes it

Form submissions are received by my automation server (n8n), saved to a Google Sheet and sent to me as a notification. These services act as processors for me. Website files are hosted by Hostinger. If you book through Cal.com or message me on WhatsApp, those services handle your information under their own policies.

Patient and customer data in client projects

When I build a system for a clinic or another business, that business is responsible for its patients' or customers' data, and I process it only on its instructions to set up, run and support the system. I design these systems to collect only what is needed to reply and book, such as name, phone number, message and preferred time, and not medical records.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiries for as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterwards, and I delete them on request. Client project data is kept for the duration of the project and removed or handed back when it ends, as agreed with the client.

Your choices

You can ask me to show, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing arslan@getarslanaslam.com. I will respond as soon as I reasonably can.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes

I may update this policy and will change the date above when I do.
